Cartersville, Ga., March 9, 2023 – BottleFloor, from commercial flooring leader Shaw Contract, is an innovative new hybrid flooring collection made from post-consumer recycled PET bottles. The BottleFloor collection is crafted from post-consumer recycled PET bottles, with an average of 62 bottles used per square yard of PVC-free flooring.
BottleFloor illustrates Shaw Contract’s commitment to the circular economy, with the company practicing a regenerative, closed-loop approach for a more sustainable production process. The new offering is the first collection from Shaw Contract to launch on its ReWorx™ hybrid flooring platform, made primarily of recycled PET. At the end of their useful life, ReWorx products can be easily recycled through Shaw's re[TURN]® reclamation program.

Combining the best of both worlds, BottleFloor offers the durability of a hard surface with the comfort of a soft surface. The collection is comprised of two styles: Stitched and Felted. Stitched has a subtle striation of color running throughout and is offered in 9 colors, while Felted provides a distinctive and contemporary visual in 16 colorways. Both styles are offered in a 12-inch by 48-inch plank format.
BottleFloor’s construction ensures enhanced dimensional stability and indentation resistance. In addition, the product is stain- and slip-resistant and can withstand heavy static and rolling loads, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic office environments and education settings.
